ABOUT ME – Rowen Gloyne

I have 15 years business administration experience, with the first nine of them in the Travel industry, specialising in corporate travel for a large corporate travel agency.

It was here that I learnt the importance of attention to detail and good organisational skills. The next few years were as a sales executive for a Leading SA Travel wholesaler (member of Cullinan Holdings), where I gained experience in customer service, putting together and executing presentations, internet research, event co-ordination and general administration. I also worked closely with an online travel booking company where I assisted with data entry and training of users.

The past 6 years have been spent at a Skills Development company as the operations manager, taking care of general operations and company administration, project co-ordination, finance administration, legal compliance, tender and contract administration as well as human resources.
